Unwind health and beauty requires a deposit paid upfront for selected services.

ALL deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you do need to cancel your appointment I require 48 hours notice. ​

I understand illness and emergencies happen, and I will do my best to work with you.

But please understand that this is how I make my living and my only income.

Gift Voucher Policy 

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue

Bookings are subject to availability - Please book 6 weeks in advance for the preferred date / time  

Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash or refunded 

Gift vouchers can not be replaced if lost or stolen

On arrival please bring your voucher with you. Without the voucher, I can not honour it
